The fastest way in when a project is on fire. A short, fixed-fee assessment tells you where the implementation is actually stuck, what is salvageable, and the real gap to go-live, with an honest go/no-go in about two weeks. It is the front door to everything below, and if we cannot chart a credible path, you do not pay for the assessment.

The delivery engine. We finish the uplift or upgrade, carry your legacy customizations forward into CSI 10, and close the gaps the last team left behind. This is also where the deep work lives: customizations and de-customizations (including multi-tenant cloud prep), custom software development, and system integrations.
Embedded SyteLine Team
We come in as part of your team, or we become your in-house SyteLine development and management team.
After go-live, most clients keep us on as their senior SyteLine bench: ongoing development, customization, integration, administration, and support, billed as a simple monthly retainer. Staff augmentation for SyteLine, senior only.
